About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Preaction Sprinkler Inspection Technician to join our team in Pleasanton, CA. The ideal candidate is an experienced, professional, self-starter with a strong desire to inspect fire sprinkler and other life/safety systems, capable of repairing deficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Perform fire sprinkler inspections, including testing fire pumps and completing annual and five-year sprinkler certifications.
- Repair deficiencies and service fire sprinkler systems.
- Work with multiple brands of fire alarm and sprinkler equipment.
- Resolve field problems through research of alternatives.
- Communicate effectively with contractors and building owners to identify and assist with repair solutions.
- Report work status to Foreman and Project Manager.
- Complete all required company paperwork.
Requirements
- OSHA 10 Certificate required.
- Good electronic and mechanical skills.
- Technical understanding of automatic sprinkler systems, components, and testing/repair requirements.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and industry-related equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must meet background and driving record requirements.
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
- CA Fitter Card required (can be earned within the first year).

Pay
USD $40.00 - USD $45.00 per hour.
