Pre-Weigh Technician - 2nd shift and 12 Hr PM - kdc/one Columbus

About the role

With its head office in Longueuil, Québec, and 10 operating facilities across North America, KDC employs nearly 4,800 people. The Pre‑Weigh Technician position is based at kdc/one in Columbus and supports the creation of beauty and personal‑care products by accurately preparing ingredient batches.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh raw materials using pick lists.
• Pull, return, and track materials in their proper locations.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain a safe, compliant space.
• Perform visual checks and report any issues quickly.
• Support compounders and help keep production running smoothly.
• Complete basic records to keep everything organized and up to date.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience strongly preferred.
• Experience using a computer for simple tasks and recordkeeping.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stay on your feet and work in a clean, active environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb periodically.
• Comfort working around powered equipment and sanitation chemicals.
• Experience in manufacturing, food service, or similar hands‑on work is helpful but not required.

Pay

$20.00 per hour
