Pre-Wash Belt Operator

About the role

This is a full-time night-shift position as a Pre-Wash Belt Operator in Stuttgart, AR. The role offers growth opportunities in a stable and safe work environment, with generous benefits and overtime hours available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean workplace.
• Sustain productivity and quality standards.
• Follow all OSHA requirements and standards.
• Work with other team members to ensure production lines are running.
• Responsible for startup and shutdown of production line.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Essential reading and writing skills are required.
• Minimum one year of experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Exposure to noise; exposure to heat and cold.
• Must be able to stand 8-12 hours during a shift.
