Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Customers: Greet customers, assess their needs, and help them find the perfect pre-owned vehicle.
- Product Knowledge: Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers, ensuring they understand the value and advantages of each pre-owned model.
- Test Drives & Consultations: Conduct test drives and guide customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle based on their preferences.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate sales prices and financing options with customers, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
- Paperwork & Documentation: Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation for vehicle transactions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new vehicle models, promotions, and sales techniques through training and ongoing professional development.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in vehicle sales or a customer-focused sales role is preferred.
- Motivated & Goal-Oriented: You are driven to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver results.
- Customer-Centric: You have a passion for helping customers and providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Strong Communication Skills: You are able to build rapport with customers and guide them through the purchasing process with ease.
