Pre-Op/Post-Op Registered Nurse Full Time

As a registered nurse at East Columbus Surgery Center, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch care by providing consultations and services in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible treatment. Responsibilities

• The RN has the responsibility to plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for the pre or post-surgical patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care.
• Ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• Experience in critical care or Pre-Op/Post-Op preferred.
• ACLS Required.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

• Ophthalmology and Oculoplastics
• 4-8's or 4-10's
• Friday's Off
