Pre-Kit Lead

About the role

Crisp Container is looking for a driven leader to manage a small warehouse team (8-10 employees). If you have supervisory experience (military or warehouse background preferred) and love keeping things organized and running smoothly, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities

• Lead & train a small warehouse team
• Manage inventory – receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
• Keep operations running smoothly with hands-on problem-solving
• Use basic computer skills to track inventory & complete reports
• Ensure a safe & organized warehouse environment
• Communicate with management & help improve workflow

Requirements

• Leadership experience (military or warehouse preferred)
• Strong work ethic & problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills (for inventory & reporting)
• Knowledge of warehouse operations & inventory management
• Ability to lift 50 lbs & work in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift certification (preferred, but not required)

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 per year (based on experience)
