Your Role
- Nurturing Care: Provide tender, loving care to 4 year olds, creating a secure and comforting environment where they can explore and grow and be prepared for Kindergarten.
- Stimulating Curriculum: Implement developmentally appropriate activities that engage and stimulate young minds, encouraging exploration and curiosity.
- Building Bonds: Establish strong bonds with each child, recognizing and responding to their individual needs, fostering trust and security.
- Parent Engagement: Cultivate open and positive communication with parents, sharing insights into their child's day and collaborating on developmental goals.
- Safe Environment: Ensure a safe and hygienic environment, following health and safety guidelines to provide a secure space for our littlest learners to thrive.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- Experience: Previous experience working with preschool age is required.
- Passion: A genuine love for working with the youngest members of our community, coupled with a warm and nurturing demeanor.
- Team Spirit: Collaborative spirit and a willingness to work closely with fellow educators to create a harmonious learning environment.
