Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of work sites to assess safety conditions and potential hazards.
- Identify and document any safety concerns or risks that may pose a threat to crew members or the public.
- Collaborate with field supervisors and crew members to address and mitigate identified safety issues.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on safety measures and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety training programs for crew members.
- Create detailed reports on inspection findings, safety improvements, and corrective actions taken.
Minimum requirements
- 3-4 years experience in Tree Care industry.
- Must be committed to “Guaranteed Safety” in all decisions and actions.
- Must pass full-panel drug screen.
- Must pass in-depth criminal background check.
