Pre-Construction Procurement Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement contact for regional offices, partnering with sales
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies for subcontract labor
• Cook up operational procurement activities ensuring compliance
• Develop installation costing models for HVAC projects
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent electrical industry experience
• 5-8 years as a project manager with HVAC Controls estimating experience
• Strong financial knowledge with procurement focus in construction
• Ability to work effectively with sales and lead teams
• Experienced in building systems or operational processes
