About the role
Rutgers – New Brunswick Office of Summer and Winter Sessions seeks to hire non-credit instructors and course developers for their 2026 PreCollege Summer Academies in various topics.
Responsibilities
- Provide workshop title and descriptions that align with goals
- Prepare workshop content and materials (presentations, activities, handouts, etc.)
- Provide constructive feedback to participants
- Deliver engaging instruction
- Facilitate participation
Requirements
- Present in one of the following areas: Pre-College Academy topics include: Engineering, Law, Leadership, Physical Therapy, Astronomy and Astrophysics, College Readiness, Marketing and Product Innovation, Design, Invent, & Prototype
- Deliver instruction in-person during the month of July
Qualifications
- Experience teaching in relevant fields
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Strong communication and presentation skills
