Job Title: Onsite Organizer Job Description: The Onsite Organizer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Pre-College Launch program, including but not limited to: - Coordinating with program staff to ensure smooth program operations - Managing program logistics, including room assignments, equipment, and supplies - Assisting with program registration and check-in - Providing support to program participants and staff as needed - Ensuring program safety and compliance with WPI policies and procedures - Other duties as assigned The ideal candidate will have experience working with high school students, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
