Pre Clerk - FT

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi-line system
• Redirect calls to appropriate contacts
• Data entry
• Processing driver paperwork
• Assisting dispatchers
• Other duties as requested by management

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
• Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
• Dependable and well-organized
• Must be computer literate
• Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
• Basic knowledge or experience as a clerk or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience as a clerk or similar role
