About the role
Responsible for preparing fresh kitchen products for overnight service. Duties include sorting, washing, and assembling ingredients.
Responsibilities
- Sorts and washes produce and other ingredients
- Assembles and packages products according to recipes and specifications
- Ensures all products meet quality standards
- Works alongside other team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience in a food service or similar industry preferred
