Pre Analytical Specialist - PT/25hrs
Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities
- Accessioning and problem resolution
- Affirming accurate specimen identification (by name/specimen type)
- Sorting and labeling specimens for testing
- Assigning and identifying bar-coded numbers to test request forms
- Ensuring all specimens received match the identification on the form
- Processing all test requests
Position Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient data entry skills
Location and Hours
LOCATION: 250 Miller Place, Hicksville, NY 11801
HOURS: Multiple Shifts Available; Monday - Friday with rotating weekends 10:00pm-3:00am, 11:00pm-4:00am, 12:00am-5:00am, 1:00am-6:00am
PART TIME: 25 hours per week; not eligible for benefits
Pay and Schedule
HOURLY RATE: $19.00/hr
