Responsibilities
- Teamwork and coordination of nursing care
- Collection and analysis of assessment data
- Determination of nursing diagnoses
- Identification of expected outcomes
- Development of a plan of care in collaboration with the patient/family and other interdisciplinary team members
- Implementation of interventions to attain expected outcomes
- Evaluation of patient/family progress towards outcomes
- Documentation of the care process
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
- Active RN license in the state
- ACLS Required
- Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
- Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
