About the role

Meadowlark is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to various situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide medication reminders and administration as needed
• Help with meal preparation and nutrition support
• Monitor and report on individual’s health status and progress
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of living environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience in home health care or related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Passing of a background check
• Current CPR certification
• First aid training
