About the role
Meadowlark is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide support and assistance to individuals in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with medication management
- Ensure home safety and cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Experience in a related field preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Background check and criminal history review
