PRADA Client Advisor Broadway
JOB PURPOSE
The PRADA Client Advisor Broadway is responsible for being the “ambassador” who conveys and promotes the Brand philosophy and values to the final clients, guiding them into the world of the Brands. This role requires maximizing individual and team sales, providing an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, and fostering meaningful relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a welcoming environment and strive to meet every customer need and request, offering excellence service in accordance with the “client journey ceremony”.
- Capture customer data into the Company CRM to connect with the client, maintain and develop relationships, and provide a personalized approach.
- Promote the Omni Channel mindset and work collaboratively with fellow colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and a positive working environment.
- Welcome and serve customers providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
- Be proactive in cross-selling with all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor products.
- Show strong brand and product knowledge.
- Effectively handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain the shop floor and visual displays to high standards, adhering to Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to ensuring a high level of security and preventing product thefts.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Passion for selling and stores
- Curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design
- Experience building long-lasting relationships with clients
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
PAY
This position will be paid an hourly rate that may range from $22.00-$26.00, annualized from $45,760 - $54,080, and if applicable, may be eligible for commission, bonuses, and other incentive opportunities. The rate of pay offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
