Practice / Technology Lead

About the role

The Practice / Technology Lead is responsible for driving innovation and technology within the practice, ensuring that all technological needs are met and that best practices are consistently applied.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of all technological systems and tools used within the practice.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement new technologies that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to staff members as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of IT professionals.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in multiple programming languages and software applications.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare data security and privacy standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
