Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must attend MA Clinic Academy training
- Active MA certification
- BLS certification preferred for outpatient departments
- One year of patient care experience in outpatient or ambulatory care preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation
- Knowledge of outpatient procedures, equipment, and patient-centered care
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Work in an outpatient clinical setting with frequent patient interaction
- Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using clinical equipment
- Potential exposure to infectious materials with PPE provided
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting
