Practice Manager II, Self Regional Neurology, Full Time, First Shift

Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily administrative, operational, personnel, and clinical functions of the assigned clinics.
• Responsible for oversight of seven or more providers and nineteen or more team members or more than one clinic and department.
• Responsible for the fiscal management of the assigned clinics.
• Plan, process, and utilize resources to ensure goals and objectives are met.
• Interact daily with physicians, staff, and patients.
• Develop and implement process improvements with input and instructions from committees and directors.
• Perform to Self-Standards.
• Assist with hiring and mentoring of team members.
• Work with other departments and vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Bachelor of Science (preferred)
• Minimum of 2–4 years physician practice management experience
