Practice Manager - Cosmetic Surgery Center

About the role

The Practice Manager (PM) role is central to the success of Sono Bello, a leading cosmetic surgery specialist with over 185 board-certified surgeons performing over 300,000 laser liposuction and body contouring procedures annually. This position is crucial for delivering an exceptional patient experience, leading a high-performing team, and driving results across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all center operations in alignment with company values, policies, and standards
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Own the full patient experience, from initial engagement through post-procedure follow-up
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, labor management, inventory, and financial controls
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards
• Parenth across sales, operations, and clinical teams to drive performance and results

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading mid to large-scale or multi-unit operations (retail, service, or healthcare)
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results against KPIs and financial goals
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
• Passion for both the patient experience and employee development
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in medical, aesthetic, or dental environments preferred, but not required
• Comfortable with technology and standard business tools (Microsoft Office, etc.)

Benefits

• Base salary of $80,000–$100,000, plus a monthly bonus based on performance against key metrics
• Total on-target earnings are approximately $120,000–$140,000+

• Pay range: $80,000 USD - $100,000 USD
• Additional bonus: $40,000 USD - $40,000 USD
