Qualifications

- Experience working with patients in a healthcare setting

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for travel)
Skills
- Knowledge of health coaching principles and best practices
- Ability to develop personalized health plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay
- Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
