Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred
- Licensed Professional Engineer, preferred
- 15+ years of experience with technical work / project management and companywide experience in Water/Wastewater
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to plan and conceptualize
- Ability to produce technical reports and memorandums that are clear, concise, and accurate
- Ability to communicate effectively during day‑to‑day interactions with colleagues and clients
- Experience with utilizing Alternative Delivery methods (Design‑Build, Progressive Design‑Build, CM‑GC, and CMAR) by partnering with contractors and other design consultants
Qualifications
- Experience in water/wastewater modeling and treatment
- Experience with major water and wastewater conveyance projects
Skills
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Critical thinking and conceptual planning
- Technical report writing
- Experience with alternative project delivery methods
