Responsibilities

• Collaborate on Education projects from concept to complete construction documents.
• Document design work from design presentation to construction documents.
• Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships.
• Aid in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.

Requirements

• Deep K12 Building Design experience is a must.
• Professional degree in Architecture, Design, or related field required; master’s degree a plus.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of the design process.
• Ability to work through fast-paced projects.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
• General knowledge of materials and products relevant to project work.
• Advanced technical skills in relevant software programs.
• Ability to project a professional presence and demeanor.
• Ability to work in a highly visible, team-oriented environment.
• Collaborate with in-house teams across our three offices.
• Proficient in: Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Revit and Adobe Suite.
• Other preferred knowledge: Newforma Project Center, Sketchup and MS Office 365.
