Responsibilities
- Collaborate on Education projects from concept to complete construction documents.
- Document design work from design presentation to construction documents.
- Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships.
- Aid in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.
Requirements
- Deep K12 Building Design experience is a must.
- Professional degree in Architecture, Design, or related field required; master’s degree a plus.
- 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of the design process.
- Ability to work through fast-paced projects.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
- General knowledge of materials and products relevant to project work.
- Advanced technical skills in relevant software programs.
- Ability to project a professional presence and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a highly visible, team-oriented environment.
- Collaborate with in-house teams across our three offices.
- Proficient in: Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Revit and Adobe Suite.
- Other preferred knowledge: Newforma Project Center, Sketchup and MS Office 365.
