Whitecap Search is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to source and engage healthcare leaders for permanent roles. This position involves building and maintaining relationships with hospital systems, clinics, and healthcare organizations, as well as managing complex searches and providing market insights to clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospital systems, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
• Manage complex searches and provide market insights to clients.
• Ensure compliance with credentialing and regulatory requirements.
• Drive revenue through successful placements and client partnerships.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of healthcare recruiting experience (physician or leadership focus).
• Strong understanding of clinical roles and credentialing processes.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
