Responsibilities
- Manage candidate relationships
- Conduct initial phone screenings
- Prepare and present candidates to hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates after interviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
