About the role
We're looking for a Practice Growth Consultant (internally known as our Practice Growth Partner/Navigator Coach) to guide dental practices through onboarding, quarterly planning, and hands-on coaching that drives real, measurable results. You'll be the trusted partner Office Managers and Operations Managers turn to when they want their practice meetings to actually move the needle.
If you've sat across the table from dental practice owners and managers before — as a consultant, trainer, or coach — and you know how to turn a good plan into a great quarter, we want to talk.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding — Guide new customers through a seamless, high-touch start to their journey with us
- Quarterly Action Plans — Partner directly with practices to build growth plans tailored to their goals
- Coaching — Work hands-on with Office Managers and Operations Managers to run practice meetings that actually drive change
- Quarterly Business Reviews — Lead reviews that translate data into decisions and decisions into results
- Engagement & Retention — Keep practices engaged through workshops, learning initiatives, and steady-state meetings that deliver consistent value
- Metrics & Insights — Track engagement data and turn it into clear, actionable next steps
Requirements
- Dental practice consulting experience is required — which includes consulting multiple practices as an external consultant. Experience outside of being a practice administrator is required.
- Experience coaching, training, or consulting within dental or broader healthcare settings
- Multi-practice or DSO leadership experience is a strong plus
- A track record of managing multiple client relationships at once, without letting any of them slip
- Sharp communication skills — you can build trust with a practice owner and hold a room during a tough meeting
- Comfort working in client management platforms (Gainsight, HubSpot, or similar)
- A knack for reading data and translating it into a plan people will actually follow
