About the role

We are seeking a full-time Practice Administrator to oversee daily operations of three OBGYN and Women's Health practices located in Dover, NH. This role oversees approximately 85 staff members and collaborates with the Director of Operations, Specialty Services and Medical Directors to manage all aspects of site operations, budgets, and quality measures. Practices are open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities

  • Assume Practice Manager responsibilities as needed.
  • Develop administrative policies and procedures to improve operating efficiency; review and update policies annually.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop practice coordinators, managers, and all non-physician staff.
  • Design and direct the implementation of strategic plans to support existing and new clinical programs.
  • Initiate, plan, and conduct internal/external meetings to meet departmental and institutional strategic objectives.
  • Ensure the development of practice coordinators/managers for each respective practice/satellite area.
  • Facilitate physician orientation to the organization and support the establishment of new physician practices.
  • Direct administrative responsibilities for Physician staff, including credentialing, compensation, and provider enrollment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and direct quality improvement activities.
  • Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for all clinical operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study (required). Master's Degree preferred.
  • Supervisory experience (5-7 years required).
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment (5-7 years required).
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Ability to work with staff of all levels.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, physician billing, and revenue cycle management.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple and rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.

Experience overseeing operations across multiple practice locations is preferred.

Pay

$80,475.20 - $117,093.60/Annual

Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 scheduled weekly hours.
  • Hybrid work model.
  • Day shift (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm).
