Practical Nursing Instructor - Full Time - Evening
Summary
The Lancaster County Career and Technology Center has a vacancy for a Full-Time Evening Practical Nursing Instructor at their Health Sciences Campus in Willow Street, PA. The PN Program prepares students for employment in hospitals, extended care facilities, and various community settings.
Requirements
- BSN required, or in the process of earning a BSN
- Experience in Medical Surgical Nursing preferred
- RN license in Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Minimum 2 years related nursing experience
- 3-5 years clinical experience preferred
Duties
- Provide theoretical and hands-on instruction to students in activities and competencies designed to promote social, intellectual, and employment growth
- Aid students in gaining the competencies needed to satisfy PA State Board of Nursing requirements
- Be responsible for providing classroom, lab, and clinical instruction, assessment, and developing and conducting learning programs and associated materials for students with the goal of producing entry-skilled and employable students
- Serve on the faculty committee
Qualifications
- Weekday evenings - Monday-Thursday
- Classroom instructional days: 1:50 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
- Clinical days: 4:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

- Salary range based on years of experience
- Additional compensation for additional credits beyond bachelor's and master's degrees
Pay
- RN Only: $65,362 - $67,315
- Bachelor's Degree: $73,172 - $76,641
- Master's Degree: $83,467 - $86,936
Schedule
Weekday evenings - Monday-Thursday. Classroom instructional days: 1:50 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. and Clinical days are 4:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
