About the role

Responsibilities
- Teach nursing students in small classes delivered in five-week course intervals
- Share real-world clinical experience to help students build practical nursing skills
- Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment
- Mentor and guide students as they develop professional nursing competencies
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (ACEN or CCNE)
- Preferred Clinical Specialties: Obstetrics (OB), Pediatrics, Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg), Behavioral Health, Critical Care
- Licensure: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in South Carolina
- Experience: 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience within the past 10 years
- Teaching, training, or presentation experience preferred (2 years ideal)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (ACEN or CCNE)
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution (preferred)
Skills
- Passionate about mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals
- Experience in teaching, training, or presenting
