PR-PRAKTIKANT*IN (M/W/D)

About the role

Join Carta as a PR intern (3–6 months) and gain valuable hands-on experience in strategic communications and public relations. Carta is an owner-managed agency based in Speyer (Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region) that advises mid-sized and large companies on communication challenges and supports them with a wide range of PR and marketing services. Our work spans strategy development, ongoing consulting, global media relations in international teams, citizen communication projects, and all forms of digital communication. Our clients are primarily based in Southwest Germany, but also include companies from Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Austria.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on support in managing PR projects of all kinds
• Writing content for various media
• Working with professional PR tools and online marketing platforms
• Maintaining websites
• Conducting research and providing support to the team

Requirements

• Confident use of social media and common office software
• Preferably studying humanities or communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
• Reliability and commitment
• Ideally, initial experience with CMS systems (especially WordPress)
