Illuminate USA, located in the heart of Central Ohio, is transforming solar panel manufacturing from our cutting-edge 1.1 million-square-foot facility in Pataskala. As a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, we’ve rapidly grown to over 1,600 associates and are now fully operational. Responsibilities
- Lead quality control initiatives, including first article inspection, process patrol inspection, and final inspection across all product processes.
- Supervise and inspect the production process for all products, referencing process flow, process drawings, and work instructions.
- Timely identification and responsibility for any process quality abnormalities detected.
- Describe process quality abnormalities and maintain statistical data on defect rates.
- Issue "Process Exception Reports" to the relevant departments, ensuring the effective reporting, handling, and tracking of quality issues, and confirming the results of improvement measures.
- Execute both process and final product inspections to ascertain the quality.
- Complete additional tasks and duties as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in quality control or similar fields.
- Comprehensive knowledge of production safety, lean production techniques, and production quality standards.
- Exceptional learning ability with a keen interest in exploring new areas and concepts.
- Demonstrated ambition, self-motivation, and a high degree of self-discipline.
