Responsibilities

• Experience with layout, fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems, structural steel, vessels, pumps, and equipment in an industrial environment.
• Layout, fit, and fabricate metal components to assemble structural forms in a steam boiler environment.
• Use hand-welding or flame-cutting equipment to weld or join metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products.
• Must be experienced in Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel.
• Must be experienced in taking your own measurements and using power tools.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a Pipefitter in an Industrial Construction setting.
• Committed to safety at all times.
• Excellent attendance.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign.
• May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above.
• Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas.
• Must have full range of motion consistent with age.
• Must be able to climb and maintain balance on ladders.
• Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms, and other job-related noises.
• Visual acuity, depth perception, and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces.
• Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.
