About the role
Responsible for assisting with daily clinical and clerical operations of the assigned walk-in clinic(s). Works in collaboration with clinical team to provide quality care to patients and quality support to providers through consistent communication.

- Assist with daily clinical and clerical operations of the assigned walk-in clinic(s).
- Collaborate with clinical team to provide quality care to patients and support to providers.
- Communicate consistently with clinical team and providers.
Requirements
- Must be a high school graduate or the equivalent with GED.
- Must have completed a medical assistant program meeting certification eligibility requirements.
- Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through AAMA, Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through AMT, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) through NHA, National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) through NCCT, or Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) through AMCA.
- CPR required.
- Medical assistant or physician office experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of clinical and clerical operations, service excellence, clinical quality initiatives preferred.
- Familiarity with computers and electronic medical record experience preferred.
- Able to lift 25 pounds.

$2,000 - $4,000 sign-on bonus
