About the role

This position is open to an LPN or RN. This position is eligible for a $4,000 – $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assists Physicians with care and assessment of all age groups within the Standard of Care set by Parkview Health System and Nurse Practice Act, in respective working state.
• Independently plans and provides excellent professional nursing care for patients in accordance with physician orders, established outpatient and departmental policies and procedures, American Nurses Association Standards of Clinical Practice, Nurse Practice Act - in respective working state, and the ANA Code of Ethics.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of nursing.
• Must complete General Orientation, Patient Care Orientation, and PPG practice orientation as provided and required.
• Must have current state Licensed Practice Nurse license OR must have current RN in the State of Indiana.
• Must have current CPR certification.
• Must have sufficient previous clinical experience (during training) in area of assignment.
• Demonstrate experience in customer service, establishing priorities, and working independently.
• Must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and assist with 100 lbs.
