Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle service to (internal & external) customers.
- Service and major repairs to ATV's, UTV's, motorcycles, dirt bikes and watercraft.
- Provide related technical assistance and explanation of mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
- Designs, modifies, and fabricates related electrical systems and repairs/replaces malfunctioning electrical components.
- Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
- Examine assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions.
Qualifications
- Required valid license with preferred motorcycle endorsement.
- Previous Powersports technician experience preferred.
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Working knowledge of shop equipment and electrical circuits.
- Able to push, strap to lift, diagnose, work on, and test ride all Powersports vehicles.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment background & drug screening.
