POWERSPORTS: Parts, Apparel & Accessories Sales

Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner
• Have a strong salesmanship attitude
• Share with customers your knowledge of the "Good, Better and Best" products that we sell
• Staying up-to-date with our powersports gear brands and product knowledge
• Maintain and deliver awesome, personal & useful support to potential or existing customers who contact us
• Ensure customers are satisfied with their buying experience
• Recommend related parts which may be required
• Attempt to locate rare parts for customers
• Able to work with several customers at once, while maintaining individual customer satisfaction
• Handle online and telephone transactions quickly and courteously
• Alert customers of any sales, specials or new merchandise
• Accept payments for merchandise and keep cash register drawer accurate

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly personality and superior communications/customer service skills
• Knowledge of our OEM product lines is a plus
• Connects with customers in a friendly manner
• Confident answering calls, entering orders in state-of-the-art computer system
• Confident in selling to customers and to allow the customer to make an informed buying decision
• Always show a positive attitude and be a genuine team player
• Takes ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
• Willing to work Saturdays
• Can lift up to 50 Lbs.
