Crafting Excellence

Operate, inspect, and troubleshoot all Powerhouse equipment and Plant Utility systems in a manner that is efficient, financially responsible, and responsive to customer needs.

Monitor, respond to, and react appropriately to fire system alarms and trouble conditions.

Perform all duties in accordance with established guidelines and procedures while maintaining a strong focus on personal and team safety.

This position requires flexibility to provide coverage for open shifts on both day and night schedules as business needs dictate.

Training and development for the role will be completed during normal day-shift business hours to ensure consistent skill growth and operational effectiveness.

Working conditions include a heavy industrial environment with potential exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise, elevated work areas, and confined spaces.

The role requires the ability to bend, lift, and push materials weighing 40 pounds or more.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet Kohler Company MVR guidelines.
  • Must pass a technical skills assessment.
  • Must provide and maintain personal tools required for the role.
