About the role
This position leads a team of power washing/soft washing professionals in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety at industrial sites.Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
- Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and efficiency.
- Oversee equipment maintenance to ensure all tools are in good working order.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules that meet project requirements and deadlines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Experience with power washing and soft washing techniques.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
