Salary

$35-$70/hour DOE + 1.5× Paid Overtime (30-40 additional hours/week) + Per Diem + Bonus

Field Service Technicians & Crew Leaders (Power Transformer Exp. Req.) Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair power transformers at customer and project sites
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on power transformers
Support troubleshooting and diagnosis of transformers and related electrical system issues
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
Work collaboratively with assigned crew members under a designated field crew leader
Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Ensure work quality meets company standards and industry regulations
Travel extensively and work extended schedules in support of project requirements
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in safe and operational condition

Field Service Technicians & Crew Leaders (Power Transformer Exp. Req.) Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing power transformers is required
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and blueprints is required
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards is required
  • Valid driver’s license is required
  • Ability to travel 3 weeks at a time to project sites is required
