Responsibilities
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer issues
- Process tool warranties and repairs
- Work with customers over the phone
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Experience with tools is helpful, but not necessary. Kenyon Noble will provide training.
- Ability to thrive in a fun and fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers and vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude
