Power Systems Senior Strategy Specialist
Responsibilities
- Support the development of the business unit strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor moves to identify potential risks or market gaps.
- Support strategic initiatives such as growth programs, productivity improvements, M&A, and organizational transformations.
- Define metrics, track performance, and assess outcomes against strategic objectives.
- Drive problem-solving efforts across ambiguous, high-priority business challenges.
- Lead high-priority initiatives from ideation through execution, ensuring milestones are met and roadblocks are cleared.
- Influence outcomes without direct authority by building strong relationships and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.
- MBA Preferred.
- Must have 7+ years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role; understanding of supply chain processes.
- Experience with Senior Strategic global business initiatives and project execution.
- Effectively builds relationships to develop global cost savings to streamline processes.
- Demonstrated business acumen and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively distill data into narrative and actions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demand Planning experience required.
Pay & Benefits
The expected compensation range for this U.S. based position is $114,400 - $171,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range applies to candidates located within the United States.
