Power Systems Proposal Team Leader
About the role
Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division (EESS) is seeking a Technical Proposal Team Leader based in Washington, Oregon, California, Utah, Arizona, Nevada or Colorado with up to 25% travel. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home). The leader heads a team that develops complex technical and commercial proposals for electrical power systems and engineering services across the Western Region, serving government, data center, industrial, commercial, and institutional customers. The position acts as a strategic advisor to customers, sales, and service operations, translating technical concepts into compelling proposals and presentations, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive profitable growth, improve proposal win rates, and develop technical talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of proposals for power distribution equipment maintenance, power system services, electrical infrastructure upgrades, and field service projects.
- Guide the team in evaluating electrical drawings, specifications, scopes
