What You'll Do
- Create expert-level training questions and scenarios based on real power systems and T&D workflows.
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to real-world grid planning and controls practices.
- Provide structured written feedback to help improve AI model performance.
- Complete tasks at your own pace with no set schedule or minimum hour requirement.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in power systems engineering, T&D planning, or industrial controls, in a role such as Distribution or Transmission Planning Engineer, Power Systems Engineer, SCADA Engineer, or Control Systems Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: CYME, PSS/E, ETAP, or WinCC.
- Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
