About the role
Power Service Technician Location: Dallas, TX - Heavy Travel Required
Qualifications
- 3–7 years working with low-voltage electrical distribution equipment
- Strong knowledge of 3-phase systems, grounding, protective devices, and control wiring
- Experience reading schematics, one-lines, and wiring diagrams
- Comfortable working in data centers or other mission-critical environments
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding field environments

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Employees must be able to hear, speak, and communicate effectively
- Work occurs in data center environments with potential exposure to electrical hazards, noise, and varying temperatures
- Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, may be required
- Physical requirements include bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead
- Must lift at least 50 lbs, raise arms above shoulder level, and perform overhead work for extended periods
- The ability to climb and carry ladders (up to 12 ft), navigate stairways, and work at heights up to 90 ft using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts is essential
- Employees must access restricted areas and wear full PPE
- Good vision and hearing and accurate color identification are required
- Some projects may lack food facilities, so bringing meals and snacks is necessary
