Power Senior Principal Engineer within the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) builds the products that power infrastructure, solutions, and data management our customers rely on. ISG teams design and develop the hardware and software connecting infrastructure, accelerating computational workloads, integrating across the stack, protecting data continuity, and delivering platforms, applications, and diagnostics at enterprise scale. Innovation here means challenging assumptions and reimagining how work gets done—engineers define intent, author precise specifications, and orchestrate AI agents that execute at speed and scale.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical leader and Subject Matter Expert for power technologies supporting Dell ISG platforms.
- Drive power solution development, influence power architecture and technology direction, and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams, suppliers, and technology partners.
- Work closely with platform, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative, reliable, and efficient power solutions that meet current and future business needs.
About the team
The Electrical Engineering team drives the full hardware development lifecycle, from concept to production. Experts in system architecture definition, design, analysis, prototyping, sourcing, debugging, and validation of layouts deliver state-of-the-art products for a changing world. The team collaborates closely with designers, cross-functional teams within Dell Technologies, and suppliers to ensure electronic designs meet schedule, feature set, functionality, quality, and industry standards.
