Power Platform Engineer (contract)
Location: Charlotte, NC (300 S Brevard) | Duration: 24 months | Work Engagement: W2 | Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
About the role
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements. The role involves contributing to the resolution of complex situations with a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. You will strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel, supporting action plan implementation for the controls management portfolio built on the local Power Platform product.
You should be comfortable communicating with both business stakeholders and the IT platform group, acting as an architect while also working as a developer.
Responsibilities
- Consult on complex Software Engineering initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning.
- Analyze and resolve multi-faceted Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
- Collaborate strategically with client personnel to support action plan implementation.
- Act as both an architect and developer, bridging communication between business and IT groups.
- Lead technology initiatives and advance roadmaps.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience with Power Platform (Canvas, Power Automate).
- 1-2 years of experience as an Architect.
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
- Experience leading technology initiatives and advancing roadmaps.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available).
