About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Architect with strong Microsoft Fabric experience to design and lead enterprise-grade low-code, data, analytics, and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements, application architecture, data engineering, and analytics, with deep hands-on expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and enterprise integration patterns.
This role requires 15-20 years of total experience, with 1-2 years of Microsoft Fabric experience (mandatory).
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric.
- Design solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- Architect data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, Real-Time Analytics, and OneLake.
- Develop scalable integrations between Power Platform, Fabric, Azure, and enterprise applications.
- Define solution architecture, integration patterns, security models, data flows, and deployment strategies.
- Design and implement enterprise Dataverse architectures, including data models, relationships, security roles, and governance.
- Guide development teams on Power Platform best practices, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Establish Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) practices, governance, environments, DLP policies, and lifecycle management.
- Design CI/CD and ALM strategies using Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps, Git, and solution management.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with REST APIs, Azure services, SQL Server, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise systems.
- Define data integration and transformation strategies using Fabric Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, pipelines, and notebooks.
- Support enterprise data modernization and migration initiatives.
- Evaluate existing applications and recommend opportunities for Power Platform and Fabric modernization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical architecture and implementation roadmaps.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct architecture reviews, proof-of-concepts, technical assessments, and code/design reviews.
- Mentor Power Platform developers and provide technical leadership across delivery teams.

- Strong experience designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, Lakehouse, Fabric Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, Fabric Warehouse, and notebooks.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and data modeling.
- Experience with Azure services and cloud architecture.
- Strong knowledge of API and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with Power Platform security, environments, DLP policies, governance, and ALM.
- Experience designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
- Strong SQL and data integration experience.
- Excellent architecture documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Experience with Dynamics 365.
- Experience implementing Power Platform Center of Excellence.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Git-based CI/CD.

- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Event Grid, and Service Bus.
- Experience with enterprise data governance, security, lineage, and data quality.
- Experience with Power BI semantic models, DAX, and enterprise reporting.
- Experience with Fabric Real-Time Intelligence / Eventhouse.
- Experience with AI/Copilot capabilities within Microsoft Power Platform and Fabric.
