Power Platform & AI Engineer

About the role

The Power Platform & AI Engineer will design and build automation solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud flows, and Dataverse.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business process automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop conversational agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Utilize AI-powered productivity tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini for enhancing automation and workflow development.
• Work with agentic coding tools like Claude Code or OpenAI Codex to improve automation and coding efficiency.
• Collaborate with non-technical business users to transform manual processes into automated solutions.
• Evaluate and verify AI-generated content as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Power Platform governance, including environments, DLP policies, and ALM.
• Work in PST hours.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (Cloud Flows), Power BI, and Dataverse.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing business process automation, low-code solutions, or performing in a comparable role.
• At least 1 year of experience developing conversational agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• At least 1 year of experience utilizing AI-powered productivity tools, including enterprise assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, with the ability to evaluate and verify AI-generated content when necessary.
• At least 1 year of experience working with agentic coding tools, including Claude Code or OpenAI Codex, to enhance automation, workflow development, and coding efficiency.
• Ability to work PST hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.

Skills

• Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) certification or other relevant certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and developing agent-based or LLM-powered workflows.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, including environments, DLP policies, and ALM.
• Technology experience within financial services environments.

ClearBridge Technology Group offers excellent benefits and compensation packages. The expected base salary range for this role is $140K - $170K per year.
